Compton, California is the PERFECT place for a "BJ Clinton School". No place on earth better illustrates the abject failure of the first black president
Isn't Compton where Venus and Serana Williams' sister was just murdered?

"Someday we will elect an Hispanic woman in the United States for president.
..and we may even get one in the Supreme Court...as long as Teddy Kennedy says he is ok...otherwise, we won't even let the Senate vote on him, because Democrats hate democracy.

). My mother made me believe I could do anything I wanted to do. (yeah - rape, pillage, sell foreign security secrets to China - you get the idea). During the impeachment, the left wanted us to feel sorry for Bill, because they said she was a drunken whore.
Sure Bill, good role model.

...as confidence among bondholders has grown for the recall's being voted down Oct. 7 or the election of Democrat Cruz Bustamante...
I have been saying the same thing on the recall threads for some time. It only takes some simple, reasonable analysis to come to that conclusion given the apparent irreconcilable breach among Republicans.

Compton has been overrun with Illegal Aliens, and is now 70% Latino.

Good point. By March 2004, if the courts allow the recall to be run concurrent with the Presidential primary, there may be a few hundred thousand newly registered illegal alien voters in California.

Actually, he looks like TV's Frank from MST3K A note of interest: that show was started by Joel Hodgson, a friend and classmate in college.

The way I see things, this is good even though it leaves a sour taste in the mouth. As long as democrats have to use all their resources to hold onto their fortress in California, which is their bastion, than they are vulnerable all over the nation. It takes resources to defend a stronghold
. Six months requires more democratic resources to uphold a state that is suppose to be a democrat given
hence while local republicans in California continue the fight, democrats require resources from the around the nation
. CNN and other liberal organizations will be focused on California and discrediting California Republicans, allowing Republicans to use their resources unchallenged in other states.
The democrats are dug deep inside the hillside in California, and we have to root each of them out one cave at a time
. They are like the Japanese in WWII or the Taliban in Afghanistan
.

"...isn't there some provision in the constitution that one has to be a citizen in order to vote?"Of course it is illegal for non-citizens to vote. But that'll never stop the 'rats from recruiting illegals to vote, just as 'rats recruit mostly minorities to vote muliple times.
I had a black 40something co-worker, a lifetime Democrat who voted three times for algore in California, once using his address, another using his mother's address and a third time using his sister's address. He bragged to me about this and showed me his three preview ballots.
To: Republican Red
Yes, the Williams' sister was shot dead on the streets of Compton, Ca., where
the murder rate is something like triple the national average.
Hey, maybe they will have a class at BJ Clinton School called
"punchcard voting for dummies"?

yes... but rush is also pulling for mcclintock. he actually would prefer that McC gets a few more months to do in the despised "arnold". Clearly, this delay serves to give time for mcC to try and catch up with arnold...
There were several Mc'rs here last week trumpeting this very hope that the delay would give their boy an edge.
It won't.
To: Keith
Democrats would never allow a minority to have that kind of power.... only Republicans respect minority rights.

Compton, eh?
Ninth Circus ruled on the basis of the alleged discriminatory effect of punchcard ballots on voters "of color." Clinton appeared at a black church in California yesterday. Sounds like Clinton knew how the Ninth Circus was going to rule.

Technically, of course, the one-man, one-vote decision was Reynolds v. Sims, but I've always seen Baker v. Carr as the one that really opened the door to Reynolds by overruling Colegrove.
