This recall is a citizen's populist grassroots effort. It must remain such. It only will if we continue to lead the way. Otherwise the big-monied special interests will totally take this over and we will be little different than the days of Gray.
We can let the Cruz Bustamante's, the Planned Parenthoods, the Anti-Prop 54, the big money RINOS win. We must maintain the fire and passion for a TRUE citizen's recall campaign where the people take back their government. We really need you to go. The weather will be beautiful too!
Will you change your stance on part one of the ballot if Schwarzenegger continues to alienate conservatives and splits the Republican vote or more likely, causes conservatives to stay home on Oct 7?
What will you do?
What are you talking about?
The last time I checked, Schwarzenegger was the LEADING Republican. I'm a conservative and I'm voting for him. Typically the LOSER (the person who has the lowest percentage LIKE McCLINTOCK) has the decency for the good of the PARTY and NOT HIS EGO.. to BOW OUT!! Already he waisted mail in ballots!!
If he persists, he will give this election to Bustamante!! Nice huh?
GET A CLUE man!
What planet do you live on?
You didn't answer my question. Do you really want Gray Davis to win ?
Quite well, thanks. He's wrong. Now answer my question.
BTW do you know who Jay Nordlinger is? He's the editor of National Review. Here's what he had to say:
Finally, I was going to report that Thomas Sowell, in a column, disclosed that he was going to vote for Arnold and that Sowell's word was good enough for me. There is maybe not a person in the country whose judgment I respect more.
But then this came in a few minutes ago. Schwarzenegger was questioned about Prop 54, the Ward Connerly-spearheaded measure that would make it illegal for governmental agencies to collect racial statistics on the population, with some prudent exceptions. This is the Racial Privacy Initiative.
Schwarzenegger said, "I'm against it. It looks good on the surface, but when you study it you see its true intentions. It was a no-brainer, once I looked at all the reading and all the materials. I do a lot of work with after-school programs, a lot of these kids are minorities, and we need to know how they're doing and bring them up to the starting line. It was a no-brainer. And if the right-wing crazies have a problem with that, so be it."
I have gone back and forth on Schwarzenegger, so much that I almost have whiplash. But my new my current position on him is: To hell with him.
As a fellow "right-wing crazy" I agree with Jay. To hell with him.
