I have a question and a comment:
Is the Republican incumbent running again, and if so, what can you offer that he can't offer or hasn't offered?
I think you've got a lot of good info here--stuff that doesn't sound canned and cliched like your typical politician's sloganeering. But I think it needs to be distilled down to bullet-pointed headers and briefer explanations of each point. I like the one-on-one frankness of it all, though, as if you're just sitting on the porch talking to plain folks.

I confirmed in a meeting with Charlie Taylor's people last week, including his wife and office manager, (at the suggestion of a mutual friend) that the incumbent is running again. So be it. If I get 50,000 votes in the Primary, I win and he will be retired.
I agree with you about bullet points. On the website I have "Short Versions" on every page. That's at the top and in larger type. Anyone who doesn't want to wade through the verbiage, can read that and stop. But those who want to know more, can find it.
Charlie is a bear for constituent service, which every Congressman must do to a large extent. But I'll let the voters decide whether my knowledge, energy and experience will make me the better choice for Congress -- whether I'm potentially better than most Congressmen from most districts -- not just the 11th District.
