Yeah, that's the same kind of thinking that led voters to vote for Perot instead of GHWB in '92. You know what that got us? 8 years of Clinton. And now you want at least 2-6 years of Bustamante. Great...

No, I want a conservative to win. Why shouldn't Arnold get out and back McClintock? McClintock's been fighting the fight in the Legislature for years - - - knows the budget better than anybody, could find and unearth the skeletons as soon as he got in the gov's office, --- why should somebody with his ability, knowledge and years of experience be pushed aside in favor of somebody who's been NOWHERE to help California during those same years -- merely because he's an actor? Sorry, I'm not that shallow. I see too much of this happening in all aspects of life today - - sexy surface style is preferred over convictions and substance. IT happens in the corporate setting, too -- and it degrades our culture, our quality of life. too bad there are "conservatives" on freerepublic who've bought into this intellectual and spiritual emptiness. Essentially, they've bought into part of the liberal lie, which says looks and image -- not substance and belief and hard work -- are what count.

First of all, I do not live in California. However, if I did live in California, I would not vote for Bustamante, because I disagree with his views.

I still fail to see how a vote for McClintock is a "vote for Bustamante". Do you have inside knowledge of a plan for election fraud, in which election officials are planning to move votes from the McClintock column to the Bustamante column?

ooooOOOOOOH!

The great scary boogeyman gambit.
Not working on me, sorry.

Dream up a more convincing approach to derail McClintock.

Perot wouldn't have gotten hardly any votes at all (except maybe himself and his wife) if GeorgeI hadn't lied about taxes and gotten us involved with the NAFTA disaster.

I'd wager that Perot's votes mostly came from those who would've stayed home and those who would've gone to Clinton out of disgust for having George I abandon the principles his supporters believed in.

This sounds like a case where the Conservative Republicans aren't abandoning the Republican Party. The Party abandoned them by supporting Ahhhnold. So, live with it. (Just like GWB will have to next election if he doesn't start doing something about the invasion, jobs, and getting PBA signed)

The San Fernando Valley has been destroyed by illegal aliens. To go down to North Hollywood you would think that you were in Tehajwana. It's really sad. And to think that Nornal United States Citizens were raising there families there back in the 1970's is really sad.

Sorry, but it seems like a third world country with all the filth down there. There is something to say about Americanization. Because to go the other way and let Mexico turn California into a third world country is just unacceptable. Bustamontez will be a tragedy for the United States. Because if they can take back California, then Texas is next.

I'm voting for Arnold. And for the sake of McClintocks career, I hope he drops out. Because if Bustamontez wins, I'm holding McClintock personally responsible.
