We need to go over there and see if all the work that you put into the page is accurate.

Yes, we probably should. Just say when. ;-)

What is wrong with winning 10 nickels????

Not a thing. The nickel slots are the ONLY thing I ever play. I am just not much of a gambler, but I can have a lot of fun with a couple rolls of nickles.

So I put aside $5 to play the nickel slots for the 8 days I was in Vegas. Guess what I came home with? $5. I played the nickel slots everyday. I won and spent the exact amount.

LOL. Well, you've got me beat. I have never been able to make $5 last THAT long in Vegas.

I saw Dean on Larry King Live. He was quite proud and used the MoveOn candidate poll as a positive reference for his candidacy.

Yes, the book for this month we picked was Linnea in Monet's Garden by Christina Bjork and Lena Anderson. We read the book, had the same foods they had in their picnic for snack, discuss the book and then painted. I bought canvas for all the kids and we had water colors, oil paints and sketch pencil's for everyone to 'try'.

The boys lost attention pretty quick. The girls did very well.

Next month, our them is Apples. Apple picking at the far, then baking sauce and pie.

The book, of course! Johnny Appleseed.

I didn't go down into the Dam. I was 5 then. I saw it from above and I was TOTALLY intimidated.

I sometimes think I am delusional..I google, research and find these ties to Workers World,CPUSA,Socialist sites, etc. and the mainstream media seems to shrug it off.I can't believe they don't know this.Candidates usually have staffers research so they won't make a goof.

>>>Haven't been to Yosemite

I loved Yosemite! It was quite a sight to see how large those trees were! Was 5 then...and I remember it, (and yes, I can remember the smell even!) like it was yesterday.

That just sounds SO interesting. What a wonderful experience for kids. And the Apple theme sounds like fun too.

I am going to be spending a week at my cousin ranch north of Sacramento in September. She tells me that the hot apple dumplings at the Apple Festival up there are to die for. I can't wait!

I heard those birds! They sound like my birds when their bathtub runs dry! They waste so much water. They splash all over the flowers below.
Vote for me! I'm for water conservation--bathe once a week!

Dirty Weinie

Weinie, That is terrible! How dare those birds water the flowers! Vermon I tell you!
