[history]
For a few minutes, let's put aside the question of Kobe Bryant's guilt or innocence on sexual assault charges and concentrate on the adultery to which he confessed on July 18.
Adultery is a major cause of the disintegration of the family, and all of the noise about Bryant, a Newport Coast resident, can be boiled down to one perfect comment by a basketball fan who was quoted in the Daily Pilot: "He's an idiot."

"When the trial gets underway, there may be "others" to come forward and say, "It ain't so, Kobe, what about you & me?"
. . .no doubt there are more. . .and the Kobe people will be ready and armed when they show up. . .

<< "...real men don't cheat on their wives." >>
Period!
I listened to that press conference Bryant's lawyer staged for herself and her firm and heard a man feeling sorry for himself and bemoaning nothing more than he fact he'd been caught.
And as the truth comes out about the apparent lack of worth and ease of "virtue" of the alleged victim, Bryant's Rocky's Mountin' nutslut, I am more than ever convinced this feller just got caught doing what he habitually does.
Maybe he raped her and maybe he didn't but I will bet my next twelve-months' income this was just another bimbo for serial-adulterer, Mr Bryant.

The Conventional Wisdom of SuperStar Land says that the 4 million dollar ring that Kobe just bought his wronged wife is going to go a long way in healing that marriage. I wholeheartedly agree, Kobe is stupid, but the wife seems to be on the ball...

I'm sure his wife has access to a lot of his money. A $4 mil ring sounds like it was for show and/or "hiding" assets.

You understand that I am the FATHER of two. I have been accused of many things but feminism is not one of them...I am simply stating my opinion on the patterns that I believe will come out on this case. However, let me be very clear that I think both parties are responsible for their actions and I am like most here, waiting to see what happens...
Based on my personal experience in Kobe's presence, I think cheating on his wife and not being able to say no to a sexual advance are probably what he is guilty of...

Sounds like he was discreet...this is why my opinion leans toward multiple affairs and not multiple acts of violence...Even tabloids miss things...And there are still girls who do not kiss and tell...
