Amazing story. Nooe has never felt sorry for himself; in fact, he has succeeded where many with no handicap have failed.

This man fits my definition of "Hero".

He is a true hero by definition. It is sad that the term
"Hero" is tossed around so loosely these days.

The local rags should run more of these human-interest stories of the non-self-pity type. Veterans' stories are great for that.

Such are the people who built America.

Thanks for the ping. A truly motivational story. (It's my belief that while in life we may encounter disabling events, they're most often only disabilities if we allow them to be! This story validates that belief! A truly inspirational story, too.)
