If he is innocent, were are the results from an independent lie detector test? I would bet that the victum took a test that was provided by the DA and passed. Any takers?

Polygraphs are not admissible in court. So, they're nothing really but PR devices. Besides, if she took one and passed, why aren't the results blared all over the world? Surely her attorney sees the beating she's taking in the press, and releasing the results would put a stop to a lot of this stuff.

She has a private attorney. Take another one. He's not bound by any confidentiality. Let the world know she passed it.

Prosecution could have asked her to keep it secret, as its revelation at trial would then have more force.
