If Kobe and his wife love each other so much why wasn't she there to comfort him during his operation It was two hours of outpatient knee surgery, not a triple bypass.

I would say also that if we see the specter of Johnny Cochran, we'll also know that he's guilty Sounds like you already know he's guilty, Senator McCain.
The constitution gives every accused the right to face his accuser, and he has the right to use the most competent counsel he can afford.
If you were innocent of rape, wouldn't you want Johnnie Cochran representing you? I sure would.

Yeah. Sure. Right. She sure gave a damn about little wifey's feelings when she went upstairs in the hotel to f**k her husband. What a screwed up, shameless airhead.
So you know what happened, enough to make this definitive statement? Promise me you'll show yourself around here if it is proven she was raped.

Meanwhile, the employees at the Inn, the hospital staff, friends, etc., are on record as having backed up the fact that 1. she was personally summoned for a room service call; 2. that, afterwards, she was hysterical and dishevelved in appearence; 3.that, after first proclaiming (words to the effect) "all will see nothing happened when all is settled," Kobe admits adultry (shades of "I did not have sex with that woman"). 4. that, any competent DA doesn't charge unless there is undisputable pysical evidence to back up an arrest...I'm very slow. I haven't seen this "record." Could you produce it for me, so I can be as informed as you?

One Friend. turned out to be a casual acquantance with problems of her own. Everybody's got "problems."

How do you know it was "phony"..?? Do you have all the info involving this..?

If Kobe and his wife love each other so much why wasn't she there to comfort him during his operation And why did he at the very least commit adultery minutes after talking to his wife on the telephone?

If he is innocent, were are the results from an independent lie detector test? I would bet that the victum took a test that was provided by the DA and passed. Any takers?

Hmmm, the accuser hides her wounds with makeup. That means they're on her face.
I wonder if Bryant picked up Clinton's technique of biting the victim's lip?
To: sinkspur
As a matter of fact I believe that is exactly what she did.
The point is she wasnt really a friend that knew anything about the girl.

She refused to describe the injuries or say where on the woman's body they were. But she did say they were severe enough to be seen plainly despite the woman's attempts to hide them with makeup. Makeup suggests facial wounds, blackeye, split lip. Interesting.

The Daily News has learned that Bryant's bodyguards - who accompanied him to Vail for his knee surgery - did not stay on the same floor as the NBA star, which would be a typical security procedure. "The bodyguards stayed on a separate floor," said Pete Webb, a Denver public relations consultant hired by the spa. And the reports are that the room next to Bryant's was empty. I wonder why the bodyguards weren't put in that room.

It's actually customary to have them stay further away as to give their "person" more privacy. Now, if he was being threatened etc. different story.

Makeup suggests facial wounds, blackeye, split lip. Interesting.Makeup may suggest a facial wound, but I've known women who've used body makeup to cover discolorations on arms, legs, or back.

Polygraphs are not admissible in court. So, they're nothing really but PR devices. Besides, if she took one and passed, why aren't the results blared all over the world? Surely her attorney sees the beating she's taking in the press, and releasing the results would put a stop to a lot of this stuff.
She has a private attorney. Take another one. He's not bound by any confidentiality. Let the world know she passed it.

Prosecution could have asked her to keep it secret, as its revelation at trial would then have more force.
