Even CNN is showing her return, which pleases me. (I only check in with the enemy periodically - like when Fox has a distateful leftist guest on)

I can't wait to hear the latest conspiracy theory about this.
To: Dog
Lester Holt reading that the family had requested the media show some sensitivity in the pictures it shows, to try and avoid showing her in pain as she got out from the chopper(she is still in casts).
He read the above while MSNBC has a continuous live overhead closeup shot of the helicpoter and transfer. I wonder which media scum will ask her if she feels guilty for living while others died? BBC headline will probably be "Girl maimed by Bush's war limps home".

And I see her secret mission to Paris was successfully completed this morning. Good job!

You are so precient. It is reported on another thread that Susan Estrogen is saying that the possible killing of the Saddam sons on the same day that Private Lynch comes home is "just too convenient".

Why has she been made out to be such a Jesus figure. Why does she get all of the attention? What about the frumpy black POW who was freed?

Don't mention it! :-) I am cable-less and watched the entire first month of the Iraq war via live feed from this link!
Actually saw live that decapitation strike...nearly through me out of my chair because I had the volume way up. One minute little birds tweeting...the next KAH-BLOWY!!

Here's a good pic from yesterday for those of you who haven't seen it:
Pfc. Jessica Lynch receives the Purple Heart from Lt. Gen. James B.
Peake, U.S. Army surgeon general, during a ceremony at Walter Reed
Army Medical Center, in Washington, on Monday, July 21, 2003.
Lynch also received the Bronze Star and the Prisoner of War Medal
