I did know what happened when the police arrived to question him which is all I reported. I never even said whether I personally thought he was guilty. Only that he had to be charged considering the evidence and his confession of having had sex with the woman. You don't like knowing what's going on behind the scenes? Am I understanding correctly that KB said he had sex with her from the start?

I'm not really sure of the exact chronology, as it was several years ago. But very shortly after suspicion fell on OJ, the 911 tapes were released. Do you remember those?
To: Mr. Mojo
Maybe I'm not listening to the right ones.
But having been a big fan of Geto Boys, I NEVER heard a mention of rape, let alone glorification.
Now, I'm not saying rape hasn't been in there at all, but not in the ones I'm familiar with.
As for violence against women, as despicable as it is, there is a difference between using your "pimp-hand" on a woman and rape. I've not heard one lyric that made light of rape or glorified it.

Maybe you should take your religious bias to another thread.

Not if it convicts an innocent man or smears an honest victim And how would any knowledge you have or could obtain do that unless you were picked to be on the jury? At which point you should tell the judge you had such knowledge and should be dismissed from the jury pool. My posting of what little information I obtain will not affect anything (except maybe bother people like you. Oh, well.)

I didn't say not charge him; I merely pointed out that you have no idea what the real story here is. His defense is (paraphrasing)"I'm guilty of adultery...forgiveness from my wife and my G-d", sound familiar?

And we know that you seem overjoyed by all of that. Not joy for KB's problems. Just amazement that all his defenders are still slanting the facts to make it seem less likey that he is guilty.

It was after the Bronco chase, at which time you said you felt he was guilty.

I've been reading your posts all day; I wouldn't take such a rightous position if I were you; you're doing a little bit of leaning yourself.

Am I understanding correctly that KB said he had sex with her from the start? You are understanding correctly. From day one when the police contacted him. If he ever denied in public that no sex took place, then he lied and is in even bigger trouble. At least with his credibility.

Sure it does.
Now show me where Kobe Bryant has told anywhere near as many lies as Bill Clinton.

Where did I say it would affect the jury?
You asked me if I didn't want to know what's going on "behidn the scenes." I said no.

I rarely disagree with you... but I am in this regard... One lie is bad enough... I don't think its anything to cheer about that he admitted he had sex with the girl... In the second he was finished having sex and the next second he didn't confess what he did to his wife, he was lying...
To: Mr. Mojo
You got it...wonder what O'Reilly will say.....check
Vegas..probably get 10-1 against conviction...will most
probably never make it to trial...settlement....it's
all about the money....The lawyers will be coming out of
the woodwork... Jake

Actually that should be "If he ever denied in public that sex took place..."
