But plenty of people have cheated without being rapists. So I'm willing to presume him innocent of that type of evil. Get over it. He is cooked. He only said this AFTER they nailed him.

True, it'll be a major bummer for media coverage of the Iraq scandal that isn't, much like the DC sniper coverage spoiled most of the Democrats' attempts to blame Bush for the economy before the November 2002 election. But I really, really, REALLY don't want to have to turn on the TV and see nothing but 24/7 tabloidism when, as AIT has pointed out, North Korea can probably reduce the good city of Los Angeles to radioactive ruins.

Kobe walked, thats what she didn't like.

Everyone is innocent until proven guilty but he better not try the "You know me better than that" defense. Because everyone also thought he wasn't the kind of guy to commit adultry in the first place. I think his statement was "You know I wouldn't do anything like that ..."

"I have so much to live for. And by that I do not mean the contracts, or the money or the fame. I mean my family. I will fight for them.Yeah, right Kobe. You had those same things to fight for before you did this, whatever the circumstances. His contracts will help him buy his freedom, his character bought him this charge.

Agree.
I was stunned to learn about his adultery admission.
Of course, his wife will "will stand by him," until she files for divorce and take him to the cleaners.
What a mess!

Another NBA thug who can get all he wants for free that needs to show the insecurity of his manhood of lack of it by being abusive to a woman. The NBA has the largest percentage of wife, girlfriend abuse and largest number of sired illegitimate children of any socio economic group and certainly in professional sports. Why? Is the easy score the least satisfying?
I for one am glad to see Mr. You guys know I would never do something like that
Charged.

Ah, showing your true colors.
Why didn't you just admit to it earlier?
Maybe he didn't admit it before because he thought they'd not press charges, so he could keep it between he and his wife?

To: finnman69
Hmmm.... if they have this trial in vail, there aint a lot of brothers to fill a jury pool. Maybe they can get it moved to s LA or the hood in Philly.
