DEAN WANTS TO CLEAN: EYES CHANGES AT DNC, MCAULIFFE

Presidential contender Howard Dean has confided to associates how he desires a fresh course for the Democratic National Committee, including a dramatic change in its leadership, specifically chairman Terry McAuliffe, the DRUDGE REPORT has learned.

Sources close to the early-Democratic frontrunner reveal how Dean has bitterly complained about McAuliffe and the lackluster job he has done for the party.

"We'll make a change there immediately [after the New Hampshire primary]," a top Dean source said of the DNC leadership. "I think it is important, as does Howard, to make a new beginning, cut ties from the past."

"Oil and water, those two," said one Washington observer of Dean and McAuliffe.

"I was watching Terry going quietly mad, almost to the point of steam coming out of his ears, as Dean greatly exceeded the 2-minute time limit at the candidates' dog & pony show last week at the Mayflower Hotel."

How long will it be before Dean's FBI files are leaked to the press?

I wonder if there are really "files" to be leaked. When the Clintons took the 900 FBI files, they were mostly the files of prominent Republicans and people currently sitting in government. I doubt that a Democrat governor from Vermont would have been on a "get list" in 1993, though the Clintons' ability to produce letters from nobodies from 20 years ago when it exculpates them from troubles is uncanny.

The plane Wellstone went down in flew through known icing conditions. The pilots should have known better, but couldn't break the chain of events that led to the accident.

JFK Jr. was a brand new private pilot who flew into what can be liberally called marginal VFR conditions. He got disoriented (vestibular) and ended up in a graveyard spiral and eventually into the drink.

This business about them killing Dean is simple tin foil hattery. They won't kill him, not literally anyway. But primary candidates are poorly positioned to take on the party leadership. That goes double when the leadership is backed up by people with as much pull as the Clintons.

It is not Dean who is in position to remove McAuliffe,it is the clinton scums call!! This leak was with their complicit approval. It also(the leak) is the beginning of the end for McAuliffe, I hear the death rattles of his chaimanship loud and clear, and if McAuliffe is only half as smart as his mouth he probably does also!!
