How can he say she isn't a horrible person? What on earth kind of person hits a man with her car, drives home with him hanging in her windshield, listens to him moan and suffer God only knows what, and then cries in court, "I didn't know what to do" as an excuse? If that isn't a horrible person, I don't know what is. So, why wasn't this a "HATE CRIME?"
