Do you live in San Francisco?
No?
Didn't think so. You really don't know anything of which I speak. Too bad.
I'm sure you would love to come across the things I said. It sounds like you're gay.
To: Thane_Banquo
I did read the post since it was directed to me
Firstly the gov't can't regulate Morality
It can and should however regulate criminal acts
This issue is not just a gay issue,
as I was trying to point out.
gay or straight does not concern me
telling people what they can or can not do in their own homes
is regulating Morality
criminal acts, i.e. involving minors, rape, murder, and others, are crimes. (period)

I think you could do better than that. Try taking a cross-country drive listening to nothing but the collected works of the Chipmunks.

"That's an act that makes States have the 21 year old law or they don't get highway funds from the feds. There is no federal law prohibiting States from changing their laws."
Right. Any state can lower the drinking age to 12 if they want to. They'll have to forgo th Federal highway funds, of course, since those are a Federal issue, but what the heck?
I don't think any states are considering this, though. Maybe the Free Staters would take another view, if they could get more than a few thousand supporters.

You just joined June 2003?
Were you banned before?

First of all, it's insulting that you consider people who voluntarily and habitually put their penises in other people's anuses the moral equivalent of blacks, Indians, Catholics, Jews, or the disabled. It is downright silly that your inability to control yourself is so profound, that you feel compelled not only to perpetually think about men who "habitually put their penises in other people's anuses", but that you want to break into their bedroom to put a stop to it.

One of the problems with libertarianism is that it's self negating. The pathologies they unleash in the name of "liberty" create so many societal problems, pressures, and interest groups, that ten times more governmental controls end up being invoked than were necessary to suppress the pathologies in the first place.
Most libertarians would do well to read history before 1898. A brief perusal of the French Revolution should be enough to break anyone out of libertarianism forever.

"My point is that if there will never be a concerted effort to legalize incest, why does it always get brought up in these threads?"
Because they can't come up with any other argument? That's my guess. Besides, incest is old Biblical stuff. Lot and his daughters got it on, way back when...after the Sodom and Gomorrah thing. And that doesn't even take Adam and Eve and the kids into the question.
Funny.

A brief perusal of the French Revolution should be enough to break anyone out of libertarianism forever. There was absolutely NOTHING libertarian about the French Revolution.

Try taking a cross-country drive listening to nothing but the collected works of the Chipmunks. When I was a kid, our family took a driving vacation to Florida, departing from Minnesota. My father got a Kenny Rogers tape stuck in the radio just north of the Iowa boarder.
I can still recite the lyrics to "Ruby" even twenty some years later.
Yes.... very EEeeevvil.

OK, that's it! I'm officially bored with this thread.
I can't believe I read the whole thing to this point.
I quit, and I'm not coming back.
Maybe I can find an interesting thread on the Peterson case or I can read more about how Hillary is not-so-secretly running for president.

Gozer the Traveller will come in one of the pre-chosen forms. During the rectification of the Vuldronaii the Traveller came as a very large and moving Torb. Then of course in the third reconciliation of the last of the Meketrex supplicants they chose a new form for him, that of a Sloar. Many Shubs and Zuuls knew what it was to be roasted in the depths of the Sloar that day I can tell you.

"So, as I take it from your posts in this thread, you:
1. Watch homosexuals having sex in the bushes
2. Frequent homosexual chat boards, and
3. Read homosexual magazines ??
I'm sorry to have to say it, lady, but it looks as if you are the one with the agenda here."
You know, I got the same impression. Just a little too interested in all this stuff, it seems to me. Oh well, different strokes.

As has already been pointed out if you would bother to read what has already been posted. There are over 1,000 posts on this thread.
I guess your point is "Let License Ring!"

Lord, lady, you see a homosexual behind every tree. Everyone that has disagreed with the wild allegations and comments you've made on this thread has been labelled a homo. Get some help.

"And since bestiality, to my knowledge, isn't commercially produced in the Valley, or on this continent, for that matter, the point is moot."
You may well be right about the Valley but "this continent"? Come on! Every now and again I receive a spammed e-mail with links to all sorts of "explicit - woman loves horse" links. Are you telling me that all this sick s*** is made overseas? Please.
To: I_Love_My_Husband
"I'm sure you would love to come across the things I said. It sounds like you're gay."
You seem to have a penchant for accusing those who disagree with you of being gay. You did it to me, and now to this other person.
Based on what you've written here, I think you may have fixed way too much on homosexuality. I mean going on gay chat boards, reading The Advocate, and peeking under bushes? Really!
Look to yourself.
