This column has added bonus of that twist of Bush as the "effective divider." If you want my two cents' worth, I say e-mail the column to opinionjournal@wsj.com. Preface your letter with a question about the procedure for submitting guest columns to the Wall Street Journal. (I just searched www.writersmarket.com where I have a subscription, but no info there. I don't subscribe to the WSJ, so I can't directly search their site. Or maybe first search www.google.com for "wall street journal" and "submission guidelines" and see if you have any luck.)

The worst that can happen if you have to go the route of sending it to opinionjournal@wsj.com with some questions is that they might quote you in the "Best of the Web." ;)
