You obviously don't prefer the term, but saying "fetus" *is* "telling the truth, the reality". "Fetus" is defined as an unborn child. "Infant" or "baby" is defined as a child which is already born.

In the Latin Dictionary I have (pre Roe v Wade and political correctness), "fetus" is defined as "offspring", "child", and/or "little one."
