I am not sure what FR knowledge you are using here, but I do believe it is wrong.

If I remember correctly there were some LA policemen charged in the Rodney King beating and instead of having the trial in LA they moved it to the elite suburbs. (can't remember what they were called)

Also if I am not mistaken the OJ trial was moved to LA not in the elite area where the crime occured.
