Drop Fox News a note telling them to stop Geraldo's spinning of the Laci Peterson case. This is such a clear case of collusion. We switched to Fox News to avoid this type of spin. Geraldo and Geragos are in bed together!

Personally,I don't want to hear one other word about the Laci Peterson case again.

What is it about this tragedy that has captured the media since day one?

Enough!!!!

All good things come to an end. The beginning of the end for Fox News came upon the hiring of the War Whore Geraldo.

Geraldo and Geragos are in bed together!

You think? I caught Geraldo on O'Reilly a week or so ago and Bill warned him about the same thing. Of course, Geraldo insisted that although he likes Geragos he will maintain his objectivity and not be used. I can't decide if he's dumb as dirt or a willing participant in Geragos' campaign to whitewash Scott Peterson. I wish Fox had never hired him.

Actually, from everything I have heard from all the other news sources also, Geraldo is probably pretty close to accurate on this one. Like it or not, I haven't heard of any direct evidence other than a hair on a pair of pliers.

The media will mindlessly repeat this "satanic cult" propaganda for the next six months. Networks may even do 1 hr specials on satanic abuse cults. Grab a barf bag in the meantime, the return of the Geraldo daytime show is upon us!!! NEXT WEEK ON Geraldo: "Transsexual trailer park daddies on Prozac, and the women that love them"

Geraldo and Geragos are in bed together!

It's not just Geraldo. Did you see the show last week with Greta Van Susteren and Gloria Allred where Greta asked Allred whether she met with the "other woman?" Allred wouldn't divulge any meetings (Greta: "Can you say if you've been to Modesto lately? How about Chicago?"), but still opined on the case.

All the legal pundits are part of a clique, and when one or more of them drops out to take on a sensational case, the others are tainted by association, at least where their objectivity as a pundit is concerned.

Fox is really really lame. Although I may agree with some of the opinions proffered, as far as news goes, it ranks right up there with other Murdoch venues ... I am not saying that other media are any better, but the FNC is just another example of lameassed tabloid tripe!
And really, who in Maryland cares about a local California wife killing? Were it in Dundalk I might be mildly interested, but I sure wouldn't bore the folks in Rhinelander WI with it !!!

You want to punch him in the nose, don't you? Of Course you do.

"Mr. President, we love you. I want to hug you, I want to hug you, please do the right thing. This is nothing, this is nothing. Thomas Jefferson did not have this in mind, I swear to God...I would give Ken Starr the Nobel Peace Prize were he to be man enough not to refer a sex lie to the House for impeachment."

RICHMOND, Calif. — Law enforcement agencies continued searching the San Francisco Bay Sunday because prosecutors are "desperate" to find more evidence in support of their theory that Scott Peterson (search) killed his wife Laci, a source close to the investigation has told Fox News.

Meanwhile, Fox News has learned more details about exactly who the defense team representing husband Scott Peterson believes may have committed the murder of his wife -- and it's someone other than their client. They say a satanic cult may be involved.

Although the autopsy has been completed on Laci Peterson (search), authorities have been unable to pinpoint a cause of death and it is now listed in the documents as "undetermined," according to a source.

The head and some other parts of Laci's body still have not been recovered.

The prosecution has ordered renewed searches in San Francisco Bay because, the source said, they are hoping to find body parts or the anchors allegedly used to weigh down the body.

"They realize that every avenue they've pursued up until now has come up a dry hole," the source told Fox News.

"Remember that mop that supposedly had Laci's blood and vomit on it?" said the source. "Well, that turned up negative. And the blood in Scott's truck? That turned out to be Scott's blood, not Laci's. And remember Scott had told the police he had cut his knuckle."

More news on the case came on Sunday.

Sources close to Scott Peterson's defense team told Fox News that his legal team is trying to locate a number of people in a brown van that neighbors of the Petersons told police about.

Soon after Laci's disappearance, neighbors said they saw a suspicious van combing the area on the morning of Dec. 24. About two weeks after her disappearance, police were able to locate some people in that brown van, and the officers determined they were landscapers. Law enforcement officials stand by that conclusion.

But, Scott Peterson's defense team believes these people in the van may be tied to a satanic cult.

Sources told Fox News that the men and women in the van had no home address listed in the police reports and that they had no landscaping equipment in the van. Fox News has learned that a mystery woman was either in the van or claims she saw Laci being abducted by someone in that van.

Modesto had an active satanic group in the 1990s, but prosecution sources call the satanic theory being put out by the defense "laughable and absurd."

Police divers first returned to waters near Richmond on Friday for what they described as a follow-up investigation that would last through the weekend. It has been their first major presence in the area since the body of the 27-year-old pregnant Modesto (search) woman and her unborn son washed onto a Richmond shoreline last month.

The U.S. Coast Guard was providing security for what a spokesman described only as an ongoing criminal investigation led by Modesto police.

In a recorded message, Modesto Lt. Doug Ridenour said the search had enlisted help from other police agencies, as well as the private sector. He said that the department had no plans to release any further information.

The badly decomposed remains body of Peterson and Conner, her son who was about six weeks from his due date, were discovered several days and about a mile apart by passers-by in mid April. Fox News learned that not all of Laci Peterson's remains were found, and that they may have been wrapped in plastic and held down by heavy material.

"She was carved up. The head is not the only thing that was missing," a source from Scott Peterson's defense team told Fox News.

The bodies surfaced several miles north of where Peterson's husband, Scott, said he went sturgeon fishing on Christmas Eve day - the last day Laci was seen alive.

Modesto Police arrested Scott last month and prosecutors have charged him with double murder. He has pleaded innocent but remains in Stanislaus County Jail without bail, facing a death penalty prosecution.

Dude, how do you know Scott did it??? I want to hear the facts; if the Modesto PD is a bunch of incomps, I want to know. I'm from the area and know good cops and I know a lot of incompetent cops; So please, don't get up and cry when things are said that you disagree with even though you have no idea what you're disagreeing against.

I read the article--no real amount of spin detected, and I'm going to wait until the verdict is in before convicting Scott Peterson in my mind.

Sounds like you want him to be guilty.

Folks we do not know what evidence the MPD has on Scott. The pundits are just speculating. Lets wait until the trial starts and then we will know. Since Garagos took the case he has been spinning the news towards Scott and the idea that the cops do not have enough evidence to convict. Time will tell. Be patient.
