RICHMOND, Calif. — Law enforcement agencies continued searching the San Francisco Bay Sunday because prosecutors are "desperate" to find more evidence in support of their theory that Scott Peterson (search) killed his wife Laci, a source close to the investigation has told Fox News.

Let's see wife is missing so you tell the police they need a warrant just to come inside and search your house for helpful information----lawyered up within 3 days---cleaned after the maid had cleaned on the 23rd ( must have been really messy) moreover the Modesto police ave played this very close to the vest...Geraldo ain't even close. The divers have been waiting for good weather to do more That was stated back in February...The best coverage on this actually comes on Greta's show. Oh yeah and ain't Geragos the one who said he had tapes of police out to get Roger Clinton? And ain't he the lawyer who said the security guards were out to getWynona. Look Geragos can't have it both ways---either the police focused in on Scott or they were checking out all tips including the satanic cult.

Blair at NYT was writing fiction and got fired, Geraldo wrote fiction in Afghanistan but still has his job. What's wrong with this picture?

I have begun turning the channel at the first mention of this case. There is no new information, and I really don't care that much about it in the first place. I have watched Fox less in the last 10 days than anytime since before the 2000 elections. i guess it's a slow news period with no war, no elections, etc.

Personally,I don't want to hear one other word about the Laci Peterson case again.

What? You don't like watching endless hours of boats searching waters only to not be told what they find.

I can't decide if he's dumb as dirt or a willing participant in Geragos' campaign....

Why does it have to be "either/or"?

Fox is really really lame. Although I may agree with some of the opinions proffered, as far as news goes, it ranks right up there with other Murdoch venues ... I am not saying that other media are any better, but the FNC is just another example of lameassed tabloid tripe!
And really, who in Maryland cares about a local California wife killing? Were it in Dundalk I might be mildly interested, but I sure wouldn't bore the folks in Rhinelander WI with it !!!

There was an earlier report of blood and thin vomit on the mop that was used to clean the kitchen floor.

You two just made my day about Geraldo. I got in the flap about him with the 101st when he was drawing maps. The defense of Geraldo on here for that and the follow-up spin by Fox News, was mind boggling to me.

Don't get this total allegiance to Fox News Channel even though they have some good people like Brit Hume but to take their word about everything? No way!

Whoreraldo is trying to put the OJ and Bill 'Zip' Clinton spin on the Petterson case and it is a overkill for sure. But you do know that he overdoes it on eveything he does. Rita Crosby is getting just as bad.

"Scott Peterson not only murdered his wife, he got me to watch MSNBC and CNN.

Everytime somebody on Fox News starts talking about this case, I switch to other news. When the other channel starts talking about it, I switch again."

I do the same but limit my switching to MSNBC. CNN is too radical...

Agree with you in total. In fact, I have been watching baseball instead of the news channels for the most part.

GERALDO =
GERAGOS =
ROGER CLINTON

Don't forget Susan MacDougal. Both Geraldo and Dan Abrams over on MSNBC have recently spoken approvingly of Geragos taking that case as they both said she was the victim of a "political prosecution".

You want to punch him in the nose, don't you? Of Course you do.

"Mr. President, we love you. I want to hug you, I want to hug you, please do the right thing. This is nothing, this is nothing. Thomas Jefferson did not have this in mind, I swear to God...I would give Ken Starr the Nobel Peace Prize were he to be man enough not to refer a sex lie to the House for impeachment."

You can always turn off the television set. If your remote control doesn't work, go buy some batteries.

I love Fox News. I think they should keep Geraldo, he does keep them fair and balanced. I never really liked him but if they keep only the consv.. they will continued to be getting the snippy attitude from the left. I NEVER watch CNN they are the KING of the left biased views. MSNBC has Katie and that keeps me away from their views, (I know she is NBC but one and the same). So you all can pout about Geraldo, but I thank God for Fox News!
