Letter to be hand delivered to Diane Feinstein tomorrow:

The Honorable Diane Feinstein
U.S. Senator
1130 O Street
Fresno, California

Subject: Democrat Obstruction of President Bush’s Judicial Nominations

Dear Senator Feinstein:

This is to put you on notice that we, the good citizens of the Central Valley, demand that you cease and desist from obstructing President Bush’s judicial nominees.

It is nothing short of blatant racism to deny Miguel Estrada an up-or-down vote on the Senate floor. How dare you put partisan politics above the good of the nation. There is no excuse.

We demand that the Senate democrats stop their horrendous filibustering tactics and get back to the business of making decision for the good of all of the citizens.
We will no longer tolerate your participation in the democrat witch hunt, lynch mob. Knock it off – NOW.

Sincerely,

Saundra Duffy
Head of Fresno/Central Valley Chapter

“OBSTRUCTION DAY” PROTEST

Tomorrow, May 9th, High Noon
1130 “O” Street, Fresno
Senator Diane Feinstein’s district office

The democrats have been obstructing President Bush’s judicial nominations with filibuster tactics, and Senator Feinstein has been one of the major players.

Similar protests, organized by FreeRepublic.com, will take place simultaneously across the state at Feinstein’s district offices.

Saundra Duffy, head of Fresno/Central Valley Chapter of FreeRepublic.com, says the group will let Feinstein know of the outrage building over the overt racism of the senate democrats in denying Miguel Estrada an up or down vote on the Senate floor. “The Senate democrats are holding America hostage” she said. “The log-jam must be broken.”

For more information, call Saundra Duffy at 681-1095 or Scott Hawkins at 559-217-3090.

Well, Lager and I FReeped Feinstein Friday in Fresno. A reporter - Tony Lee from KMJ radio - showed up and interviewed Lager. I went up to the second floor and delivered a letter to Senator Frankenfeinstein to a young woman wearing dirty blue jeans. Sheeeesh. We had a big sign which reads, "Feinstein: STOP the filibuster - Our Nations Needs Judges!!" Passers-by gave us the thumbs up and a few people stopped to talk to us. Not one person we talked to has any use for Dianne Franken-Feinstein and one guy said something just awful about her which I cannot print. LOL! Anyway, as FReeps go, this one wasn't half bad. It would have been nice if more folks had showed up but we do what we can. I told Dianne Franken-Freinstein's "girl in dirty blue jeans" that this protest was going on all over California and the nation today. She was polite . . . but dirty blue jeans in a Senator's office? Doesn't seem right . . . but then again . . . IT FIGURES!
