My husband is a gentleman -- and he is also tough and will do the job. Frisk is a weenie. I had high hopes for him but he has been an abject failure as a leader. I'm wondering if Hillary has something on him.

Remember that Kenny Rogers song bout, "Know when to fold them and when to run"???? Ole Frist has that part down pat.

You can remove my name from your "I am the definition of consetrvitve" bump list. I want no part of it. If I want to read tin foil hat posts, I'll read 'em on my on.

Your husband isn't majority leader. If you're from Boston, Ya'll ain't got much room to talk when it comes to senators. Kerry and Kennedy-ARE YOU KIDDING? Ya'll have the WORST lame POS in the senate and you have the nerve to call my guy a weenie? I'd rather have my friend Dr. Frist as ML than either one of YOUR guys! Good Grief!!!!!

P.S. Ya'll need to work a little harder and you'd have GOP senators. Jim Sasser ain't ours no more and we crushed Bob Clement so he didn't get elected, probably rid of him for good. Hard work during election seasons does pay off.

What are you talking about? Appeals Courts and Circuit courts are the same thing. It is District courts that are of less meaning. Though they are still important.

Interesting: Most Conservatives that I know that are private citizens have morals and values that they never betray, no matter the costs.
Most conservative politicians obviously have no backbone, and weak morals and values as they inevitably give in at the first sign of conflict.
Is it something in the Senate air system that affects only conservatives?? Something there saps them of what little manhood (and womanhood) they have. They are gutless, spineless cowards.
To: Mo1
Of course they haven't been.

I agree with Rush. President Bush should use his recess appointment power to place Judge BORK in a position. Especially a location where a critical piece or litigation is about to hit. Wouldn't that ruin the "new tone" Bush has brought to Washington?
I don't believe he'll do it.

"I'm wondering if Hillary has something on him." Nope. Because there isn't anything there TO hold over him. Guy is super-squeaky clean. Not that the lack of material would stop her. But she'd have to make it up - because Frist's closet is empty.

Nothing tin foil about it. Just pointing out that the man you were so fast to defend, no matter what, may not be all he's cracked up to be. Like I said then, now that we have Frist, we can long for the days of Bob Dole.

I am well aware of both of my despicable senators. Because of them I have no room to comment on other senators? I really hope you do not mean that. IN MY OPINION Frist has been a failure -- hopefully he will get better! Also, I am a member of my town Republican committee, the state Republican committee and I have worked my butt off, along with other hardworking committee members, supporting, campaigning, raising money, making phone calls. The Democrat party in Massachusetts is CORRUPT and powerful -- so please try real hard not to be quite so CONDESCENDING.
