Well, they tried prohibition back in the 20's. And we all know the history behind THAT.
If tobacco is such a killer, why has it been a legal commodity for hundreds of years? Why hasn't it been pulled from the market long before this?
I grew up in a steel mill town, and the air stunk from the pipes. But we didn't go on a rampage to shut them down, (the government saw to that, and put thousands of people out of work). The steel mills put money in people's wallets and food on the tables.
People who don't like other people who use a legal commodity, should just hang out with like-minded people and not be around adults who choose to smoke. How hard can this be? Why do we have so many people who want to "rule the world?"
