I hope, and I really sincerely mean this, that the tobacco companies all file Chapter 11. Then all of these whiney do gooders will have something to really complain about when the taxes in their state triple. It will be the poetic justice needed to shut them up once and for all.

Phillip Morris is already begging for the last court action to be overturned. They stated that if they are forced to pay this, it will bankrupt them, and then they will not be able to pay the States the Tobacco Settlement Money.
And we ALL know what most states are using this money for: TO BALANCE THEIR DAMN BUDGETS. Where WOULD they be if it weren't for the smokers!
