Naturally, guys, I have a question about what I've heard tonight on TV, and need some help. Some of us think this was a premeditated murder and one of the motives was the insurance. We think Scottie boy knew that the body would surface in time (perhaps this Spring) and approximately where it would surface (from the tidal info 101). Okay, it happened (only there were 2 bodies). But now we have "experts", like Dr. Baden and Mark Fuhrman saying that they think he intended that the body would never surface. Wouldn't that work against capital murder?

No. Actually, it would support capital murder because the only way he would have been so sure the bodies wouldn't have been recovered is if he weighted them down with weights. That would, according to the experts assembled on FoxNews, tend to support that it was pre-meditated (esp if he used the concrete blocks he'd been forming himself). The Police will be searching the Bay for evidence of wts, lines, etc, to bolster that line of thought.
