blondee...are you still up waiting? Do you think it will show him live? I'm going to try to stay awake to watch it. Thanks for the heads up.. I'm 1/2 asleep so we'll see. That's incredible that people are lining the streets. I guess it would midnight there right?

That's an interesting factoid that I bet he would have never dreamed they would investigate. Never leave a stone unturned. Thanks for the heads up..

I guess I will have to take the time to read the foreign newspapers on the internet in order to find out what happened today in the world. Scott Peter's son is rested up in Modesto. Pass it on.

Yup - midnight here.... I dunno about staying up, tho. some folks think it's "worrisome" that we care. LOL!

No. Actually, it would support capital murder because the only way he would have been so sure the bodies wouldn't have been recovered is if he weighted them down with weights. That would, according to the experts assembled on FoxNews, tend to support that it was pre-meditated (esp if he used the concrete blocks he'd been forming himself). The Police will be searching the Bay for evidence of wts, lines, etc, to bolster that line of thought.

What'll be really bizarre is when Peterson is set for the electric chair and the harpies come out in force to protest his death.

For example, here in Texas, there was the story of Andrea Yates, who methodcially murdered all of her kids from youngest to oldest by drowning them in the bathtub. That made national news.
But the recent news of a mother and boyfriend who killed and decapitated their kids in Brownsville did not get much notice outside of Texas.
I read about it here (L.A.). Horrific. I think the Yates story was "bigger" because the murderess was "white". "White" killers are always big news.

Thanks CC. It's 2 am here..bout ready to fall asleep.
I saw that too. It's not unusual look at what's going on around us..the war, the president, taxes, easter. Seeing a flag reminds us of our troops.., seeing a baby carriage could trigger a memory about this case.. It's natural.

I can't imagine it taking this long to get to Modesto, unless they let him stop by to get his toothbrush and then for a quick bite at Burger King (wonder if he ran into Scotty Ritter there?).... Good nite if you drift off to La La Land....

I saw him too. He was in white shorts and shirt and taking off his belt, shoes and socks for the police. He was not a happy camper.

Thanks, MM! But how would he ever collect $250k, double indemnity insurance, if it was one of the motives without a body? Would Amber be the sole motive? My gawd, who's gonna believe that?
To: CheneyChick
He looked terrible from a side angle.. I could see that his cheek bones were thinner. OF course, this all could be an optical illusion from the lighting, the miniblinds were open, and the window..

I heard that part about the smile. He (the landscaping guy from the Berkeley Marina) said that Scott was sitting in his truck waiting there (I think for someone to move their trailer or something) and he remembered Scott sitting there with a smile on his face. He remembered because there was only one other truck there that day.
To: kcvl
I missed that part. Didn't really see his clothes. Did he look a lot thinner to you? It looked like a different person to me.

Scott dyed his hair blonde and has a nice goatee working. He looks purty.
To: CheneyChick
They are talking about it on Fox News right now.
