Yes, I know, I'll bet a lot of others were wishing they could be in Modesto last night...and the people interviewed outside the MPD looked pretty tired too, I thought. But not so tired that they couldn't wait up for that moment.

I was just telling my husband that Peterson seemed flat, but then I changed my mind, he has displayed annoyance with the press, right from the beginning. Other than that, he just seems bored.

Re: the Kristin Smart case at SLO, here's some very interesting stuff over on courttv. Check out the posts by HBHoney. She's got some good insight into this.

PSYCHIC BOMSHELL IN LACI PETERSON MURDER
BY DAVID WRIGHT
To: Eva
Hmm, bored. Could be.
Tired of his life by now, I'll bet.
Not going to be much fun from here on out.
To: Spunky
That date April 29, is the date of the issue that it's running in in the NE. Yes, indeed, that's what it's going to be in, or is already.
The NE runs a lot of things we'd never see otherwise, so I'm not slamming it!

That pic you posted looks a lot like the devil posted in 1975 though! Creepy.

I saw the date where posted.. I meant when the psychic did her 'work'.. thanks

Oh, and the link in 2063 to the thread at courttv has comments on SP in relation to the disappearances of TWO girls at Arizona apparently. Not just one. He's being investigated in relation to those cases apparently.
This is getting even more convoluted.

there was quite a turn-out for him int the streetsI heard a report that about 100 reporters/ photographers outside the station at 1:00AM.

That circle could be where the black tarp was....I have a photo of evidence collected that day and it shows a clear plastic bag with what looks like black material inside. It's on my website

I lean toward the scenario of an accidental killing and then a complex plan to hide the body. He sure is stupid. He should just have admitted it and gotten a light sentence instead of all this deception. I'm glad they arrested him; I think he was on his way to Mexico--dyed hair, beard. Ruined not only Laci and Conner's lives but his own and all his and her family members. It is so incredibly sad.

The boat that no-one knew about? And he didn't just make all those bucket anchors that night/morining after he "accidentally" killed her.
Also the "tidal" info found on his computer...all looks like pre-meditation to me.

LOL! Great work, Registered!
Scotty's seen the last of his golf clubs, hasn't he?
To: Marysecretary
I was leaning toward unpremeditated murder until I remembered that the police had found detailed studies of the tides and currents of that Berkely Marina on his computer. I know that some fishermen might do this, but not for such a short fishing trip. This was planned down to the tide.

NBC just reported that Scott had 10,000 bucks and his brothers id on him.
To: Marysecretary
He should just have admitted it and gotten a light sentence instead of all this deception. I was thinking the same thing. Let's say it was an episode of rage, he injured her, even to the point of knocking her unconscious, and with serious damage to her body.
If he hadn't been so foolish, he could have called 911, and gotten some help for her, but no, he has to finish her off like that. Stupid and sickening.
I just hope she got in some good blows to him before she was finished.
I sure do wonder if these other cases at ASU and SLO have any connection to him...it doesn't seem that someone as seemingly cold-blooded as SP has never done something like this before.
To: pitinkie
Whoa, he really was planning to leave the country. I wonder how they knew that.
Fuhrman said that the police had almost definitely placed a tracking device in his knew truck. I wonder if they were also tapping his phones, maybe a mic in the truck too. Remember when the police seized his new truck for an afternoon?
