well I'm nowhere near being bankrupt but I couldn't plunk down one hundred and fifty for a round of golf right now...

There will be a lot of misinformation right now. That's just the way it goes. Heck, look at the title of this thread. The title says that he was arrested in Modesto, but he was arrested in San Diego. What is important is that the facts come out in court.
All I care about is that they got the scumbag. He must fry.

Size of clothing found on Laci would be substantial evidenceYes that it was Laci, but not the monster's involvement.

I think I read that he had recently declared bankruptcy.....how recently?

Driving south ?!?
To: Mo1
Yes...reminded me of the reporter at the Pentagon asking if an 800 number had been set up so people could surrender in Baghdad.

It would be even nicer if it was something her mother had bought for her.

You don't think like that cretin. He probably decided that his time was running out. His attorney has already explained the costs of representing him. SP was out for a last hurrah before he lost everything, including his freedom.

Torrey Pines Country Club... I can't imagine how much a membership there would even cost... I think they said Peterson was arrested at one of the Torrey Pines golf courses. They're public/municipal golf courses, not a Country Club.

What is a RHEMI..(PRONOUNCED: RAY-ME ) warrent ? That is what they obtained.
To: marajade
.. he was while in college living with his parents.. maybe they were bankrolling him?? I dunno.. I may be wrong but I heard it in connection with the life insurance policy I believe.

Thanks, guys, for keeping me posted these last few months. RG, turns out we were wrong about her being buried in the ground, but oh well! I've been paying more attention to Iraq than this case the past couple of months, but I always checked your pings to see if there were any major breaks.
