A little bit ago, I was googling for something, and this ChronWatch piece about the FReepers came up. This is the first I've ever heard of "ChronWatch." Would someone, please, tell me what you know of this website?

Its a pretty good site, providing a bit of a counterbalance to the notoriously and outrageously liberal SF Chronicle.

Washington Times had half a page of quotes from people who were wrong about the war in its OPED section today. Very satisfying reading with one's coffee. Several giggles out loud.

Maybe someone could post a link to the original thread and bump All who posted there to this thread so they will know they're famous in San Francisco. Well, you know what I mean...

Losers?
How about the FACT that OPEC dies with the opening of the Iraqi spigots?
Is it possible that the Democrats have been summarily evicted from that hallowed perch called the "moral high ground"?

Might be worth its own thread here at FR. Pretty funny.

What about the 4th ID? You know they have to be pissed off big time to watch the Marines and the 3rd ID take all the glory because Turkey was infected with the French Weasel Flu....
Now we have to invade Syria just to keep the 4th ID happy...

One of our own, Cinnamon or CinnamonGirl, I believe, does a lot of the stories there.
The guy who simply answered "feminists" is seriously ignorant.

Chronwatch is a group of writers based in the San Francisco Bay Area who were fed up with the bias of the SF Chronicle and, so, founded Chronwatch. We are 100% self- and reader-staffed and funded.
As such, we are always looking for new writers, editors and contributors. If you are interested in conributing or learning more, send us an email at
Chronwatch2@aol.com. For reference, I have reproduced our Mission Statement from our home page. Please spread the word!
"ChronWatch.com is a media watchdog and conservative news site, with a focus on the San Francisco Chronicle. We provide commentary on recent Chronicle articles, journalists and publications, in addition to our own guest columns and editorial."

nice site..hope you post the online polls whenever one shows up...We like freeping them :) I'm sure they won't be happy when every poll they put up ends up being heavily tilted on our side..a good Freep only takes a few minutes...I've seen polls go from 20 votes to 900 votes within an hour...all on our side :)

I think sfwarrior writes for the SF Chronicle but used to contribute to Chronwatch. Chronwatch points out the liberal bias in SF Chronicle articles.
