CNN says there is much confusion in the capital, rumors and so on but so far they say they haven't seen US troops yet Will the U.S. military have to treat CNN journalists as POWs with rights under the Geneva Convention or can they be executed on the spot as terrorists?

You got it...my guess would be that our forces would stay off this particular road, and use the 4 lane east about 4 blocks, near "Shaab Stadium". Might make a special detour for the Saddam statue tho. ;-)
