lights out in BaghdadAnd on CNN's live feed, obviously. Instead of the night vision lens showing buildings and traffic, all they've got is a black screen showing occasional ghostly lights (vehicles, I assume).

Maybe the Ba'athists and Saddamites did not pay their bills, and this is the first time the light company has had the nerve to emforce a cutoff notice. . .
