We're sending over the 132nd Special Rap battalion from Compton and they have 4000 cans of spraypaint.

Won't be nearly enough. Send in at least 400,000 cans. That might be a good "down payment" on eradicating SH's name from the country. C4 might be a better choice than spraypaint in many cases. :)
