...in the bar with LloydFunny you say that. A few months ago, a friend and I were at a hotel in Dinard, France (yes, France...***blush**).
It was a lovely hotel overlooking the English Channel and we headed to the bar before dinner. A beautiful bar...softly lighted, wood-paneled. We were the only ones there so we took a seat and waited.
Then we noticed the bar. Heavily polished dark wood backed by lighted shelves, soft up-lights under the bar...just like in The Shining. We commented on how spooky it was.
And then the bartender, dressed in a tux, just "appeared"!
Well, he had been kneeling behind the bar, but when he stood up and those bar lights illumined his face from below...we almost bolted! LOL!
I will always believe he knew exactly what he was about.

I saw Pelosi yesterday (probably on PMSBC ...) just as the camera had panned off her and over to the announcer (her interviewer was talking into the commercial break.)
The sudden look of disgust, sadness, and misery on her face as she realized Bush was winning was priceless!
Nobody could look more disgusted at the success Bush (and the military) was having ... and this just after her famous fake wide-eyed smile had been promoting the new dnc fax points of, "all in support of our troops but not the administration, and that we needed time for diplomacy, but I would never oppose our troops, and I voted in favor of our troops....."

"You'll have 'em as soon as I can figure out how to pour 'em into the network connection." Man the day they get "that" feature on my ISP I will never leave my computer!

looks like a whole herd of bats outa hell.
looks like the bagcam has the only light around (looks dang bright, too) and i recall as a kid that the "street" light on the farm attracted bats at night, because the light attracted bat food - bugs.

"they are flying like bats."Possibly, but I don't think so. Different shapes and sizes.
Sure is strange. The different patterns is almost like viewing a Kaliedoscope.
Oh! there goes the dog barking. Must be creatures from outer space.

Did you read the article that was on that like I posted to you? The article written by the marine? I can't imagine that the marines are going to put out an article that says she was shot when she wasn't. At least, I sure hope they wouldn't.

funny article Saddam quit Iraq 'days ago'
Quotes debka as a reliable intelligence source and says saddam is at a resort
Curious. That article mentions Saddam is in Latakiya [Syria].
Look at this: "Bin Laden's wife and son lived in the Alawite stronghold in Latakiya in an arrangement that gave refuge to bin Laden's close relatives." from
Syria has allowed hundreds of al-Qaeda men to settle in Lebanon By Ze'ev Schiff
