We don't know if they'll be dropped on civilians or the RG. Not really? He didn't really say THAT did he?

Chem/Bio is scary for both sides. Do the Iraqis risk it backlashing on their troops or an accident causing THEM significant losses??

Reuters (among others) - U.S., Turkey agree on supplies for N.Iraq troops Heheh, on your "day late, dollar short." Turkey is important, for many reasons. We sure don't want Turkey joining hands with France in the EU, plus all the "powder keg" issues around Turkey, all around Turkey.

Wonder if they will name the hiway-converted-to-airstrip outside Bagdad as Rummey Field or Franks Field?

BUFFs taking off. And what does Sky Guy at the desk say? It's carrying bombs. We don't know if they'll be dropped on civilians or the RG. Guess he needs a "reminder".

He didn't really say THAT did he? Oh, yeah. Yesterday, he kept on and on about the Wash Compost story about the checkpoint incident. Sky even animated it based on the article and kept playing, "You've just killed women and children," that was attributed to the officer on the scene.
So this is just the follow up of that same line. It makes me sick.

Wonder if they will name the hiway-converted-to-airstrip outside Bagdad as Rummey Field or Franks Field? Keeping with the spirit of this effort, the Iraqis should name it however they choose. That will be an interesting piece of fallout.

I've turned up the sound up.
Sky showing MPs pounding Tony about post-war Iraq. How come America will run it? Boo hoo.
To: johnb838
Well, they haven't been able to blow the oil fields or the dams. Or shoot scuds at Israel. Maybe they won't be able to launch the chem bio either. Saddam may not have trusted the fedayeen with the NBC stuff.
If we are within 18 miles (as reported by FNC) aren't we inside the radius where if they use NBC they would themselves be within the kill zone. Within the red zone I would think that there is an inner yellow or green zone where release would be suicidal to the Iraqis. Of course, we are not dealing with rational people here.
