President Bush met with British Prime Minster Tony Blair at Camp David today as they discussed the current war in Iraq as well as the future of the country once the people are liberated from Saddam's grasp. Blair expressed condolences to the country for the soldiers who have lost their lives, and reassured everyone that the coalitions resolve is firm. Bush was asked how long the war would last and replied, 'However long it takes to win.' The President returned to Washington later in the day. Enjoy your daily dose of Dubya!

Wow! The more I see and hear him the more I like him. Can't you feel the honesty, determination and respect, and isn't it so refreshing? No one even comes close. And while PM Tony Blair is being depicted, I just gotta say I thought his speech last week was really great.

That would be PRAY...not prayer.....LOL! I figured that out!

I also heard today (I thing from FNC this afternoon) that out of 24.5 million of the population, 50% were under the age of 18.
I think we're on the brink of doing something worthwile and positive for generations to come. This should play out to be interesting...

My brother sent me this email yesterday.
Subject: The biased press
The Pope is visiting DC and President Bush takes him out for an afternoon on the Potomac...sailing on the presidential yacht.
They're admiring the sights when, all of a sudden, the Pope's hat (zucchetto) blows off his head and out into the water. Secret service guys start to launch a boat, but Bush waves them off, saying "Wait, wait. I'll take care of this. Don't worry."
Bush then steps off the yacht onto the surface of the water and walks out to the Holy Father's little hat, bends over and picks it up, then walks back to the yacht and climbs aboard. He hands the hat to the Pope amid stunned silence.
The next morning, the Washington Post carries a story, with front page photos, of the event.
The banner headline is
"Bush Can't Swim."

Yea, that's what I thought. I saw part of an interview with Blair on cspan and they were talking about his religious beliefs. He said that he didnt think religion had a place in politics and he was quite vague in exactly what he did believe. There are alot of people who think that if you believe God exists and that Jesus walked the earth then you must be a christian. He may be one of those.
To: ReaganandDubyaForever
I think it may be one of those "I believe Jesus walked the earth so that makes me a christian" type things.

Inexperienced leader Failed diplomacy Innocent women and children bombed Cost too much money It is obvious the memo has gone out to the media and the usual suspects. They are all spouting the same old lines all over the place. The only thing left out in your list is:
This war is going to last longer than anyone thought!

Objects of CSM
Believing that Christian teaching should be reflected in social laws and institutions, and that socialist policies are implicit in the quest for the Kingdom of God on Earth, members of CSM pledge themselves to pray, give and work for:
The unity of all Christian people, especially in social purpose;
Reconciliation between all nations;
World peace with nuclear and general disarmament;
Redistribution of wealth to close the gap between rich and poor, and between rich and poor nations;
The common ownership and democratic control of the productive resources of the earth;
A classless society combining social, sexual and racial equality with personal responsibility and freedom of speech and association;
The proper use of the Earth's resources to sustain the integrity of God's creation.
As members we shall seek:
to struggle against every force of oppression, abuse of power and type of prejudice, whether economic, political, social, sexual, racial or religious;
to encourage Christians to work for a democratic socialist order of society as the political expression of their faith;
to make Christian values a significant influence upon the socialist Movement;
to provide a forum for the exchange of ideas on the development of democratic socialism, and to publish the views of CSM;
in all transactions to create and sustain a spirit of Christian fellowship and seek the Kingdom of God, through deepening knowledge of our need of God.

I caught the end of Neil Cavuto this afternoon, and he had some rep from OWF's neck of the woods, and I was laughing my butt off at seeing her try and wrangle her way through the DNC talking points while also trying to not say anything inflamatory. I pointed these things out to my step-mother (who I am trying to teach to see through the propaganda) and the rep walked right into the argument of, "... war costs, and accountability."
Cavuto then nailed her with the "If that's the case, then why were you silent in 1998 when Ba'lazamon launched the same attack on Iraq. You were silent then..."
I was laughing my butt off!

Yes, the President and Tony Blair were a 'rhetorical dream team' today -- I'm so glad they have each other to lean on during this extremely challenging time!!
If you're looking for a way to help the troops, read the following article:

It was pretty clear that our President was pretty fed up with the stupid and obvious mocking questions coming from the leftist media today. He looked like he was ready to deck some of them. So was I!!! I think I would have been tempted to jump over the podium and take some of them on! The leftist's are being so disgraceful during this that I am just ready to explode!

Did everyone see where someone hacked the al Jazeera website and put up a banner for Let Freedom Ring with a huge American flag, and saying at the bottom, Hacked by Patriot. Too __________ Funny!

I didn't see the show, but even though Hannity raked him over coals, I still wonder about giving air time to someone this demented and one-sided.
