"About time. I was wondering what the possible rationale was to allow it to keep broadcasting." People smarter than us had a good reason. I am beginning to wonder how we'll be suprised like the 'left hook' in Gulf War 1 ? (There will be one, count on it!)

THANK GOD !!! That's one less reason for Iraqi's to mistreat prisoners.

I saw another thread reporting that Iraq TV had been knocked out by a microwave weapon. They said that the TV station is broadcasting weakly after being silenced for about 8 hours. I don't know if that story is really true or not.

Shep: Iraqi State run tv was bombed. Come on, report it already!

I wonder if we would have the ability to broadcast our own news via that broadcast signal channel?
To: Indy Pendance
Rubble! Now THAT is the ultimate hack.

Iraqi TV is off the air and telecommunications around the area were hit. Civilians were around the area, it was a Presidential decision.

I am beginning to wonder how we'll be suprised like the 'left hook' in Gulf War 1 Maybe that's his blind side. It's gonna be a good story, whatever it is. I hope somebody (History Channel, etc.) produces a good documentary, soon. Man, I -am- spoiled and demanding!

Since returning from school from Spring Break, I no longer have Fox News, and it is driving me crazy. I can't stomach CNN for very extended periods of time. Please fill me in on what he reports.

See 52, I caught most of it. If he talks about it more, I'll try to get it.
To: TomGuy
That was priceless!

"I hope somebody (History Channel, etc.) produces a good documentary, soon. Man, I -am- spoiled and demanding!" Yup. I agree. Modern Marvels just went off the History Channel. They featured the Jeep. (again, lol)

This station is no more, it has ceased to exist, it has gone to meet its maker, it is an ex-station.
