Anti-war protesters took to the streets again Monday, with more than 100 arrests in the city's financial district and noisy student demonstrators crowding the hallways of an administration building at San Francisco State University.
By noon, 123 people had been arrested at the city's famed Transamerica Pyramid building and at the federal building, according to San Francisco Police spokeswoman Maria Oropeza.

OK, someone please enlighten me.
If the whole school is a liberal cesspool, and no real educating gets done, why should we care if they don't go to classes. Why should we care if they take over their administration building.
Hell, just let 'em rot while protesting.

A rally last spring at San Francisco State degenerated into a shouting match between pro-Israeli and pro-Palestianian groups, with racial epithets and threats of violence until campus police intervened. University president Robert Corrigan sought Monday to quell a repeat of such a faceoff.Once again, the AP reporterette obfuscates reality by refusing to denote just who was hurling the insults and threatening violence. Of course, readers of FR remember quite well that the pro-Isreal students were cornered and threatened by a big mob of pro-palis. Can anyone dig up the original story?

The world has truly gone mad when twenty percent of Americans, a sizeable portion of the motion picture industry, and a majority of Muslims oppose the use of American arms to remove from power a regime that:
1. Has provided comfort and support to terrorist organizations, including Al Qaeda.
2. Has subsidized the slaughter of innocents in Israel.
3. Is responsible for for the violent death of more Muslims than any other government over the last twenty years.

"As one of the world's great semanticists, Vancouver-born S.I. Hayakawa, viewed here wearing his signature tam, instantly became world famous when he, acting president of San Francisco State College, confronted striking students determined to shut down the university at the height of the Vietnam War in 1968."

What I never see reporters ask of the high schoolers and some college student: "Are you against the war as long as it gets you out of class and off campus?"
I have a question for the colleges/high school administrators - are they collecting state/federal funds for students who are not attending classes, but demonstrations? Are teachers, professors, administrators who walk off the job being docked their salaries and in some cases could this also not be considered striking?
I think parents/taxpayers should start demanding answers. After all we are constantly told there's no money for the schools ...

The students, including senior Ani Mockler, took turns using a bullhorn to shout their demands.
"I'm against the war and I'm against people who think we should be quiet at this time," said Mockler, 29, who has a niece in Kuwait serving in the military.<<<<<<
Hmmmmmmm.....senior, 29.....hmmmmmmm.......nuff said ;)

What a left-wing resume this girl has!! She has worked, interned for a who's who of Democratic, left-wing interest groups. I am shocked she does not list internship for NARAL in her resume.
Oh, and by the way, she is proficient in Word and Excel. LOL.

I actually graduated from this cesspool, I'm sorry to say. I knew something was rotten when they painted a Malcom X mural years ago and included anti-Semitic imagery. It didn't take long to go from that to Arab students attacking Jewish students and today's traitorous activities.

This of course, was the same campus where Arab/Muslim students broke up a pro-Israeli rally a few months ago, beating people and yelling pro-Hitler slogans...Free Speech only if you agree w/ them... Otherwise, your beaten...Liberal Education, so much for free speech...BTW, Illberal Eduation, is a good book, By Shelby Steele, I think. :|

The students are practicing what they have been taught at the cesspool, as the professors proclaim,"Bring in proof you were arrested in an anti-war rally for an automatic A!"

"I'm against the war and I'm against people who think we should be quiet at this time," said Mockler, 29 29? Obviously, the job market hasn't been fruitful. I guess there aren't to many jobs for mindless liberals in the private sector.

If anyone here is in HR, if you can tell one of these kids are liberal anti-Americans, don't hire them. Make them work at the photo-mat Starbucks their entire worthless lives. They make me sick.
