They need to hold a Court Martial in the war zone and take appropriate action.

Oh, yeah! He did not want to be persecuted, for he only wanted to persecute and kill some one else.

He should be executed.
Nothing justifies his actions.

Sadly and ironically, the fatality at Camp Pennsylvania was a PA native. God bless him and his family.
The Baton Rouge connection with AKBAR is just among one curious coincidence with John MOHAMMED (D.C. sniper), former U.S. Army Engineer, alleged Desert Storm fragger, etc., who also had his BR connections. I'll do some digging down here and see if these two were in the same schools or had any other previous associations...

Can we toss this guys to the iraqis...let him wear the us soldier uniform...maybe he will meet his maker in iraq - his fellow muslims who don't even think twice before they skin him alive, with his pants down!
this sgt is not an USsoldier, he is a traitor, execution is the only real sentence he deserves.

Try him first, courts martial. If found guilty, then execute him, but treat it as the fragging it may be, unless treason can be proven.
