Breaking: Bob Arnot of NBC News reports coalition forces have captured an Iraqi soldier who was found to have an envelope with a suspicious powder, presumably anthrax, and instructions on how to kill coalition soldiers using it. Arnot is stationed with the medivac units supporting coalition forces.

Nope, it's the same method as Al Queda: use civilians or people pretending to be civilians, pretending to be peaceful, to dump chemicals on the enemy. Our troops should be wary of all of the Iraqis who "surrender," or who may pretend to be overjoyed citizens.

If true, this is WMD and escalates the conflict. There may yet be a UN resolution in support of the US... irrelevant as it will be.

You have to breath it, ingest it, or get it on your skin. It does not take much... but you cannot catch like you would a cold unless the person has the particles on them.
Depending how you are exposed... will depend on which type you get and your rate of survival. My guess is you could get it a 3 depending on how you were exposed to it.

That's why the terrorists were exploring flying crop-dusters to disseminate it; it's a deadly weapon.
