The clown was saying that those prisoners were civilian. They had said prior to the war that they would put civilians in pretending to be soldiers. Not saying what this idiot is professing is true.

the next of kin will have to be notified first and it will be some hours from now,

the family of one of the US Marine pilot's (KIA) was notified at 3AM CST, one of the pilot's father heard the dog bark and remarked "there they are" referring to the casualty notification team, the father had a premonition or intuition of his son's death... the news, in general terms, reported the crash in the broadcasts of the moment, and he put two and two together when he realized he had a visitor at his home at 3AM

in this age of the Internet and imbedded reporters, we are getting a real time release of information, it's a first, uncanny really...
