I hope we have more than one column from the south. One involves Karbala Gap. 7th armored Marines were discussed as being east of the Tigris, and either the 3rd ID or 7th Cav could be east of the Euphrates.
North and west fronts are active as well.

I love General Mac and Major Valalee. They are the best. I think FOX has the best military analysts in the business. Both Mac and Valalee are in on high level Defense Department briefings. They are definitely in the loop.

The navy is in fact working on a high tech version of these balloons to counteract cruise missle barrages.

U.S. Air Force KC-135 tanker aircraft sit on the tarmac at Incirlik airbase near the southern Turkish city of Adana, March 20, 2003. Turkey's parliament on Thursday approved a motion allowing overflights by U.S. warplanes involved in the war against Iraq, a parliamentary deputy told Reuters. The vote could help the United States shorten the war and also cleared the way for Turkish troops to be deployed in northern Iraq, a prospect viewed with concern by Washington and Kurdish groups in the area. All of those videos to the right of the Reuters articles are very good.

WHAT? Arnett was reporting on another thread it was quite a rescue and the wombs sounded gruesome. The fog of war, I guess. If the military did as sloppy a job as the press, they'd be fired or court marshalled.
