At least Debka's half-right this time; we've all but got the southern oilfields according to Fox News.

DEBKA-----I was thinking that this publication was full of sh_t then someone told me that it had links to Israeli DOD/Mossad.
Conspiracy theory: Did the US fabricate a story about Aziz so that maybe he would raise his head long enough to zero in on him? Maybe some help from our friends?
Hmmmmmm...

Looks like Debka is watching Fox, CNN, and MSNBC, all of which have previously reported this.

For the record, DEBKA is complete tripe.
A "DEBKA Source" is the magic 8-ball sitting next to the reporters keyboard "Magic 8-ball, has the US crossed into Iraq? . . "DEBKA Source says YES !"
A "DEBKA Inteligence source" is the same magic 8-ball sitting next to the same reporres keyboard, just asked more detailed questions . . "Magic 8-ball, Did saddom get killed the first night? . . . "DEBKA Intell Source says YES!"

In defense of Debka, intellegence is rarely 80% and decision makers would be proud if their intel services gave them 50-60%... and folks around here knock Debka? I've sensitive general officer only traffic that wasn't nearly as accurate. Give them their dues, they analyse on the knowledge they understand to be correct and project what they believe will be the outcome. Now, I'll admit that in the Middle East logic is defied by Arabs every day:)
