OMG, you startled me when you said the kids would be home from school soon. LOL I knew I hadn't set here THAT long. I have errands and chores and a grocery store run to do - and we have opening day BASEBALL game today. Baseball boy is starting for Varsity this year. WOOHOOOO

When will these networks ever learn. I would PAY!! to subscribe to a solid broadband video feed from FNC. I haven't figured out why networks haven't used this as a revenue source. Think of it...NCAA tournament games, NFL, MLB in addition to news channels. Shoot...why not have a package of programs you could subscribe to just like cable.

I agree. I have to think their is a good reason why they don't. I had a FNC link off a University of Michigan site until about 3 weeks ago.

is that Iraqis dancing in the streets .. I'm seeing on FNC? Yes, in one southern city. According to the article someone posted earlier, there was reticence in some residents about overtly celebrating - apparently many Iraqis did that prematurely during the Gulf War and were subsequently killed by Saddam's troops. I can see where trust would be a hard thing for them.

Fri Mar 21 2003 10:32:01 ET
Intelligence sources now say there were eyewitnesses at the scene where Saddam Hussein's complex was bombed on the first night, ABC reported Friday morning.
John McWethy, ABC's national security correspondent, said on air: " Those eyewitnesses say that they saw Saddam Hussein being taken from the wreckage on a hospital gurney, that he had an oxygen mask over his face. In addition, intelligence sources say that there is a lack of communication between Saddam Hussein's office and his main commands and the rest of his government.
"They are interpreting that as meaning that there is some problem with his health. So they are optimistic that something has happened to the leader of Iraq, but they are still extremely cautious about what his condition is."
