Yes, but if it was prerecorded, he probably would look better and not have to read from notes. If I had to bet, I'd bet he's alive....but scared Daschle-less.

It may have been Sadaam but it sure looked like it was taped earlier. Something about it looked really odd or fake. Both my husband and I thought so almost immediately.

DID anyone else notice that his speech didn't match his mouthing of words in time -

- IOW, the timing was off between the tape's audio and video tracks ... virtually impossible today with today's video gear UNLESS separate video and audio paths were used en route to the TV transmitter or ?????
