I was thinking about how they're broadcasting all this. It's brilliant. We can afford it strategically, and no one can legitimately believe the propaganda that is sure to come, which will say that we plundered Baghdad and beat and raped their citizens.

Fred Francis reporting the US does not want the Turks entering into Iraq from the North and could be a big problem.

This was the unreported mess of the entire negotiation (IMO). The Turks wanted 70,000 of their own troops, under their own command. The US said no, the media here kept saying it was about money.

Another example of how really disengenuous he has been,and proves he is just a puppet of the UN. I hope when this is all said and done, all the truth will come out on the weapons and atrocities, and the UN will be exposed not only for their treachery, but their ineptitude!!

The press is awaiting a briefing from General Franks but not sure when it is going to happen. MSNBC Reporter is saying that we are considered in the prelude to the shock and awe phase. Doesn't know if this is going to gradually increase to shock and awe or it will happen all at once -- looks like there is a definite lid on news from CENTCOM.

I hope this will all come out too, but I doubt it. The major media will work their asses off to cover up these facts from the American people.
