The press is awaiting a briefing from General Franks but not sure when it is going to happen. MSNBC Reporter is saying that we are considered in the prelude to the shock and awe phase. Doesn't know if this is going to gradually increase to shock and awe or it will happen all at once -- looks like there is a definite lid on news from CENTCOM.

My bet is all at once. I know they like to fight at night, I think it would really effective to go in in the early daylight hours. They would just see ALL these planes and bombs and smoke and fire -just Hell raining down on them bright and clear.
