If CENTCOM put a lid on the media we are about to excute something big.......and he wants no leaks...I know, and good for him. I am complaining about ABC reporting too much. I can't post the word that comes to mind.

Hadn't heard that - MediaCrats. How about MediaCraps. Lamestream press. Too many swear words that I can't say here - going for another walk outside for a few minutes to vent off my deep and abiding anger at the press.

Peach, FWIW Fox news reporting that NO allied casualties have been reported at any sites of conflict so far.The announcement to all nations to expel the Iraqi Consuls is good news. Sec Rumsfeld said last wk. that we were talking to certain Iraqi generals about options of surrender. I think the reason we have not used the EMP is to keep these lines of communications open, and is ongoing.
The S and A is being held back in the hopes of being able to end this very early, and prevent damage to the ifrastructure, and more important casulties to our troops and the Iraqi civilians. The ultimate goal is a foregone conclusion to us and to the Iraqis, why not give the pragmatists in the Iraqi Army hierarchy a chance to solve all problems?

This is the one that was reported by Iraqi TV -- two people on board in Iraq.
Earlier there was a Pave Low helicopter with six special ops people on board that had a hard landing.

Really shot down? Hit by enemy fire? Or was it a hard landing because of sandstorms?
