Incredible

I'm currently watching a MSNBC live stream on my computer of downtown Baghdad. I see buses and cars and people walking buy, waiting for bombs to drop. I can hear all the sounds too. Welcome to war in the 21 century.

I just saw some people walking on the street I think, but they're gone now. I would be, too! :-)

I can't tell if that is wind on the mic or bombs in the distance. Suspect that it is wind, as this mic is gained up to the max and the audio is so compressed.
Wonder if anyone know where this camera is in the city and what direction it is aimed?

doesn't sound like wind.... maybe traffic going by but still sounds like distant bombs or big thunderstorm.
To: conservativefromGa
Hell, at CNN they had a live audience on Crossfire waiting to watch the action.

Paste into mediaplayer 9 (it might work in realone but I dont have). It's real server but wmp stream
this way you can adjust picture, ie. lower the saturation and contrast, etc., plus add to playlist to bookmark. I haven't had any luck recording because of the hybrid server/stream combo.

Here is how the address is buried in the javascript:
<a class=pb href="javascript:var oChildWindow=m_OpenMPV3('V','live_video/chan1',0,0,'live_video');">Baghdad night camera</a><br>
This helps me not at all.

a tomahawk missile would be a nice wake up call you can't hit the snooze on that!

I have said it a million times. Fox live coverage of breaking news sucks ass.
To: finnman69
Just a guess, but wouldn't the first thing we'd be hearing was sirens, and not airplanes or bombs dropping?

We're all going to feel silly when we find out tomorrow AM that our forces are 250+ KM into Iraq in the north and south, and watching Baghdad for the big air assault has all been a ruse.

Its time for the morning run for the baby milk formula trucks in Baghdad.

What will they do when the sun rises? Do they have the ability to switch out the night vision?

Fox News has live video of downtown Baghdad on right now, split screen on H&C. I imagine they'll keeep in on, except during commercials.

You're probably right.
