If true, looks like that escape plan didn't work real well.

I can still picture him dancing with Saddam to theme from "The Courtship Of Eddies' Father." One thing for sure they guy could shovel it like Clinton. Many try, most fail.

You do know that Saddam has Aziz son in prison.
Either Aziz does what Saddam says or his son dies.
That's not exactly an easy life.

If the administration and media are accurately characterizing Saddam, I would expect his entire visible circle to be wiped-out over the course of the regime change. He will see to it.

    Interesting. Source?

Was Bernard Shaw or Peter Arnett injured? I know their lips were permanently attached to Tariq's rear during Gulf War I, so I'm worried about them. A lot.

 Well, concerned.
 Well, maybe just curious.
Ok, so I don't care, but it's entertaining to discuss.

pentagon: no information that he has been shot, is trying to get asylum, or anything. bbc reporting rumor he was shot. fox reporting rumor he has gone to turkey.
so what we know is this: he is dead or alive, in iraq or elsewhere.
