Excellent, I agree! Darrin's boss (Larry Tate.)

Is it me, or does this clown remind you of a cross between Peter Sellers & Darrin's boss on Bewitched? Ever since I first saw Tariq Aziz on the news in 1990, I that if Peter Sellers were still alive, he could play him in the movie. Of course, if Tariq Aziz were still alive, he could play him in the movie.
Hadn't made the Larry Tate connection yet, but I can see it. Aziz, though, worked for Dick Tate(r).

Also when . . . when they go down into the mine everyone would still
be alive. There would be no shocking memories, and the prevailing
emotion will be one of nostalgia for those left behind, combined with
a spirit of bold curiosity for the adventure ahead!

God, I hope his glasses survive. Or his nose and mustache... Maybe they could clone him from those residuals like they tried in "Sleeper"! Unless Woody Allen was handling the cloning operation... ;)

If his glasses didn't survive, he could always borrow a pair from Henry Kissinger.
